Actor Josh Duhamel and his pop star wife, Fergie, apparently share everything, including their personal trainer.

And not by choice, Duhamel tells us.

“One day she comes down to the gym and she’s like, ‘So how do I get rid of this back here?’” says Duhamel, 38. “The next thing I know, she is working out with [my trainer] every day — and now she takes him with her whenever she’s gone. So I don’t have a trainer.”

To make matters worse, he adds, he sloughs off when left home alone. “When she’s been gone for a week, I’ve been pretty bad about it,” he says of working out solo. “I did a 15-minute workout today that was worthless. We definitely push each other.”

But the hunky star of the blockbuster Transformers series manages. (The third film, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, opens June 29.) When both are at their L.A. home, the A-list couple like to work out together, either outdoors or in their home gym.

Actor Josh Duhamel has been honoured for his fundraising efforts by officials from the American Red Cross.

The star has been a longtime supporter of the organisation and recently staged a charity run in California to help the clean-up operation in Japan, following the country’s earthquake and tsunami disaster in March (11).

Duhamel was the guest of honour at the Red Cross Red Tie Affair in Santa Monica, California on 21 May (11) and he was awarded the special Crystal Cross prize.

He tells Fox411.com, “I had never been honoured in that kind of way. I was like, ‘Really? You’re going to give me an award? OK, I’ll be there!'”

The actor admits he felt compelled to stage the run to benefit the Red Cross’ aid efforts in Japan because of his wife Fergie’s association with the earthquake-ravaged country.

Fergie was left speechless – well, not quite – after her husband Josh Duhamel surprised her with a loving tribute on stage Wednesday at New York City’s FiFi Awards.

“She doesn’t know I’m here. … I pulled a fast one on her,” Duhamel, 38, quietly told PEOPLE backstage before helping to honor Fergie, 36, with the New Celebrity Fragrance of the Year award for her Outspoken scent for Avon.

Duhamel then strolled on stage to introduce his wife – and, knock on wood, future mother of his kids – much to her amazement.

Walking into SIR Stage37 for the Reebok RealFlex launch event in midtown Manhattan, I didn’t really know what stood before me. I knew they would have us take part in some sort of stunt course with a couple celebrity appearances, but that was pretty much it. In the complex, I was privied to a spectacle straight out of a Bruce Willis action movie. Atop the stairs to my right a fight broke out. There were punches thrown and bodies shoved. From there, the action moved to the main floor with one participant sliding down a rail and another leapfrogging over the second-story banister. As the chase continued, the setting went from an outdoor backdrop with trees, boulders and logs to juke through and hurdle over, to a street background with an actual Taxi whose hood you had to shimmy across – a la Shaft.

The chase scene ended with a climactic leap through a window from a well-positioned trampoline; breakaway glass and all. Upon completion of this well-choreographed stunt exhibition, the media was greeted by Reebok’s Head of Advanced Innovation, Bill McInnis. In his presentation on the RealFlex running shoe, he touched upon the shoe’s 76 positioned sensors on the sole that allows for training on any type of surface, in any type setting. He added that its lightweight design promotes a more natural/barfoot feel to running, while still providing the necessary protection when weathering through the elements.
